H&C are bringing you a brand new series with trainer and influencer, Harrison Ashton.
In this series we see Harrison visiting the yard of top riders from different disciplines and see him try his hand at different areas of equestrianism.
This four part series starts with Harrison visiting Olympic Gold Medalist, Laura Tomlinson. In episode one Laura challenges Harrison to ride one of her own horses, to show him what it’s really like to ride at Grand Prix level. Tune in to see Harrison riding at the top of his game and to find out how Laura thinks he performed.
In episode two Harrison joins top international polo player Mark Tomlison from the Beaufort Polo Club. Watch as Harrison turns his hand to polo for the first time with Mark to guide him through the process, will he pass the test to get involved in the practice chukkas?
Next Harrison will be heading to Yorkshire, to the yard of stunt rider and trainer Ben Atkinson. Watch as Ben trains Harrison in the art of liberty and we see how Harrison’s classic dressage training comes into use. We also see Ben demonstrate his stunt riding and challenge Harrison try some stunts himself.
For the final episode, we see Harrison taking on racing for the first time ever. We see Harrison learning the ropes of all things racing, but before he’s allowed on a horse, he has to have a go on the Equicizer for his first session in a race saddle. After the early start, we see Harrison finally allowed on a horse as he heads out on to the gallops for his first go at racing.
