H&C’s hugely popular talent show Blue Chip All Star Academy is back for a second series – and you could take part.
Chance of a lifetime
Described as a cross between The Apprentice and Pony Club camp, the show sees eight finalists face a series of tough tasks, under the watchful eye of the judges.
The winner will get the chance to co-present an episode of Rudall’s Round-Up alongside Jenny, and all eight finalists will receive over £1,000 worth of equestrian products.
The show will once again be filmed at the Talland School of Equitation, with Pammy Hutton and her son Charlie as your mentors and judges. The finalists will also get the chance to be taught by the leading names in equestrian sport. Taking part in this show really is the chance of a lifetime.
Superstars
Last year saw the recruits receive lessons from Olympic event rider Ludwig Svennerstal, top show producer Jane Ross and event and dressage star Daisy Coakely. The icing on the cake was when Olympic gold medallist and all round superstar Carl Hester came for the day.
This year’s line-up looks even more exciting, but you’ll have to watch the Blue Chip All Star Academy when it airs this summer on H&C, to find out. Not even the contestants will know who the instructors are, until they turn up to teach.
As well as improving their riding skills and winning top prizes, all eight contestants will become H&C vloggers. This year, the finalists will vlog on our website before the series goes out, giving H&C viewers the chance to get to know them, and be involved the selection process.
Media skills
As the show is also about finding future vlogging stars, media skills are just as important as horsemanship.
Last year we received hundreds of audition videos and, following the success of the show, we expect to receive even more applicants for this second series. So get practising and get recording.
