- You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- You confirm that you are a resident of either the UK or Ireland.
- You confirm that you do not have any criminal convictions, pending or processed.
- You confirm that both you and your horse are available from Wednesday 26th September to Saturday 29th September 2018 for filming if selected to appear on the show and are able to travel to and from the filming location (Talland) at your own expense.
- In applying for, and if selected to attend the Omega Equine All Star Academy, you accept all responsibilities and your participation is entirely at your own risk. You agree to hold Horse & Country TV, H&C TV Ltd and Talland School of Equitation harmless against any claims for personal harm or injury that may result from your participation in this show.
- No travel costs will be covered.
- By submitting your application to be considered to take part, you agree that Horse & Country TV and H&C TV Ltd have full rights to use any material that is submitted, including audition videos and images, in any means they deem suitable, including for broadcast on TV and online, in perpetuity.
- Competitions, including Omega Equine All Star Academy, are not open to H&C staff, H&C contractors, advertising partners or their families or to any of the contestants who appeared on Series 1 or Series 2 of The All Star Academy.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Your audition video should be 1-2 minutes but must be no longer than two minutes.
- Your video audition will appear on the H&C YouTube channel and the H&C website once it has been approved.
- Your video audition link should be titled with your first and last name only.
- H&C’s decision is final in all ambiguities or queries.
- No cash alternative is offered for a competition prize.
- The contestants are required to wear branded clothing and equipment provided by Omega Equine All Star Academy throughout filming and any future H&C events.
- The contestants must not wear any branded clothing or equipment that is not provided by Omega Equine All Star Academy’s sponsors.
- Contestants of The Omega Equine All Star Academy are prohibited from any endorsements or sponsorships from brands that are not affiliated with Omega Equine All Star Academy for 12 months from filming.
- If selected, you commit to producing weekly vlogs for H&C TV from a date of our choosing until 12 months after that.
- You agree that your email address and any other information you provide may be passed on to the competition’s advertising partners for future marketing use. (You may opt out of future marketing emails by contacting the advertising partner directly.)
- We reserve the right to remove entries, competitions or to change the competition, rules etc at any point without prior warning.
- If any participant engages in behaviour deemed damaging to the reputation of H&C TV Ltd, the benefits therein will be terminated with immediate effect and all related merchandise must be returned to H&C TV Ltd. Such behaviour includes but is not restricted to lewd behaviour, posting offensive or derogatory comments on social media, drug taking, drink driving and other public offences.
